Tower Class: Incorporates the use of the Wall Unit (Tower) along with mat work. You should be familiar with Pilates movement and language. By utilizing the Wall Unit, you will stretch your muscles while strengthening your core. (3 people/class)
Pilates Mix: A little bit of everything; mat, tower and core conditioning. This is a great way to experience all the benefits of Pilates, while toning and reshaping your body. (3 people/class)
Group Reformer: Utilizes the Pilates Reformer to give you a full-body workout. A great way to become familiar with Pilates and reshape your body! (5 people/class)
Level II: Group Reformer: Intermediate level exercises. Not for the beginner. (5 people/class)
Cardio-Sculpt: Burn fat, Tone muscle, Rev up your metabolism, Lose weight, Improve your fitness, Have fun! (5 people/class) (Begins February 15th)
